You'll have to engage the butcher. He'll take cover and start shooting blindly so take cover and lob grenades/ flank him. Once you force him out of cover, he'll come running and engage you up close. Run away from him otherwise, you'll be critically wounded. Just keep damaging him to force him out of cover, run away when he's charging then repeat the process. There will be a few henchmen that will help the butcher out so take them out quickly before engaging the butcher again. Keep doing this until the section ends.
