Go downstairs and breach the door. Take cover and take out the elite cartel soldiers. Don't be too aggressive and rush towards their positions. Just stick close together so you can easily revive each other if ever one of you goes down. After eliminating the elites, you have to deal with a few brutes afterward.

For the second part of the battle, keep shooting at the Destroyer until your Overkill meter is recharged. If your Overkill is fully charged, activate it and keep shooting at the vehicle until you get the prompt to plant a C4 on it. Have your partner get the turret's attention and go behind the vehicle and plant a C4 to finish it off and complete the game.
