This character quest will only become accessible after releasing Odessa from captivity in the ruins of Odysseus’s Palace in the island of Ithaka (Kephallonia) as part of the side quest “A Small Odyssey”. Head to her family home in the southeastern part of the Valley of King Lelex to find her. Talk to her to get this side quest started.

She’ll then ask you to pick up three medicinal herbs near the wreck of a persian trimeme (ship).

After gathering all three herbs, head back to the city and get the medicine from the vendor.

Now make your way back to Odessa’s home. As soon as you arrive, armed men will ambush the location. Kill them all then loot their bodies to get a note, ordering Odessa’s death. Talk to her again to complete this quest and to start the next one.
