Available after completing “Debt Collector”

This is located Kleptous Bay, in the Pronnoi Peninsula, in the southeastern corner of the island. It will be better to tackle this after you synchronized the Star Observatory in the nearby mountain. From there, follow the objective marker until you see a man in red robes by the cliff. Talk to him to start this sidequest.

This town is a bit large, with two bandit leaders, a captive (Orneos is not counted), and three treasures. From the cliff, deploy Ikaros and have him scout the area and tag the enemies and objects of interest. There’s a lot of enemies here and cover so deal with them however you want. I suggest clearing the area then loot everything and free the captive, before rescuing Orneos.

Even if you get discovered or you accidentally alert the guards, there are a lot of chokepoints to funnel them like ladders and tight ledges. There’s also a lot of elevated areas that will allow you to instantly take out enemies below.

Once the area’s clear, head to Orneos’s cage and free him. Follow him as he makes his way up the cliff to reunite with his brother. Talk to Davos to complete the quest.
