Conditions:

  • You can't deploy any towers. You'll only use Special Agents.
  • You'll get EXP as reward, not Monkey Cash
  • You'll have to last 50 rounds.

Tips:

Special Agents require Monkey Cash, and it's quite to come by, even if you're playing regularly. Besides, unless you have already maxed out your Specialty Buildings, the Monkey Cash you have at hand will be better spent on them first since you're basically buying their permanent upgrade. I suggest tackling this mission if you have Monkey Cash you can comfortably spend.
