This is it! The start of your journey in Clash Royale, the tactics you'll learn here will probably be good for most levels of the game, and actually the cards you earn in this arena will likely form your staple cards for the whole of your time playing this game.

What you need to think about is how you can utilise your towers to defend and when is the best time to throw down a card and which one.

Our rival throws first confidently so we will need to use our tower to provide defense and then counter attack him when we get a chance looking out for opportunities to throw either a Giant or a Knight in front of the archers, musketeer ot bomber man when they start to advance on the enemy tower.
