Unlimited Money
If you play the mission where you are with the Russian that offers you money to leave him alone with the girl. Accept his $65,000 offer and then exit to the 'Main' menu, when you now resume the game he will offer the money again. You can keep repeating this process to get as much money as you want.
Unlock Bonus Weapons
When you have completed the game once the Tesla Cannon and Spreadgun will become available options.
Unlock Characters
Complete the game under the following conditions to unlock the corresponding character.

You never attempted to play the campaign solo on the first one. Finish the campaign solo and you should have the unlocks for those weapons. They are expensive though. Sorry about your eye. |

All boss characters besides the shot gunner have a pack. Yours will have one on his back keep shooting until it explodes. The easiest way is to tell your partner to hold and you go up and fain your death. Once the heavy goes past jump up and unload into his pack. |

If I'm right you have to have saved data from the first army of two game and it will give you notification that some weapons have been unlocked. The grand pinger and another weapon are the only ones that can be unlocked this way. Though I have yet been able to do so. You might have to achieve some things in the first game first. I hope this helped... |
