Fast travel to Pinos Isle first. Your priority is making it into the beachside entrance of the isle which leads to the inner areas. Once inland, silently approach the ruins and shoot sleep darts on the snipers along the way. Head to the tunnel under the temple, clear the place using sleep darts and silent takedowns, then finally waste the target.

* Mission Area: Arroyos

* Rewards: 1000

Don't get confused if there are 2 restricted areas that pop-up at the start of the mission, just head to the marketplace tag the target using your eagle vision. After the enemy runs away once his conversation ends, run straight into the Jackdaw and pursue the enemy ship. Once you reach the ship, obliterate it, board the vessel, then finish the target right there.
