Head to the middle of Cayman Sound, in a northwestern island from it. Dock over here and swim ashore. Go to the green zone which is swarmed by many enemies. Your target is residing in the northwestern viewpoint. Use the stalking zones to sneak your way into, then use the firearm to hit the target from afar.

* Rewards: 1000 + 500 if stayed out of combat

Head to central Misteriosa in the southeastern open world area. Go here and dock the Jackdaw. Go to the restricted area and utilize Eagle vision to find the target. If you are at the viewpoint here, you can easily tag the target under it. Just air assassinate him when you get the chance.
