First take the 'target' to a safe area to 'interrogate' them. Begin the interrogation by punching them, then 'grab' them for faster completions. It usually takes about two grabs to quickly finish them but into the last three quarters of the game you may have to grab them up to four times or more.

There is a trophy that you can get that is written in Morse Code. It is the trophy you unlock for solving every puzzle left behind from subject 16. When deciphered, the trophy's name says "I AM ALIVE".

Along with the normal movement there are a few hints to assist you in surviving so you will not lose health so often.

1. Try to look around quickly when your climbing and leaping over buildings so you won't risk a major loss of health from falling, it's easier if you have the parachute. Also, when chasing a target that is on the rooftops try to make sure you are away from any haystacks below so you don't end up doing a leap of faith and lose the target.

2. When in battle with multiple guards of diffrent types usually simply attacking will work, however if you are being attacked from behind try to counter it by holding R1 then pressing the attack button to counter.
