Battle Hardened DLC Expansion Pack

The second DLC expansion pack for Assassin’s Creed III was released to the general public on 9 January 2013, and is made up of a multi-player-focused set of resources that include:

Three new playable characters:

• Coyote Man

• Governor

• Highlander

Three new maps:

• Charlestown

• Fort St. Mathieu

• Saint Pierre

The second DLC expansion is free for all Season Pass holders, who received early access to it, while gamers who do not own a Season Pass must pay an additional fee for access – for the Xbox 360 version that is 800 Microsoft Points, while the PC and PS3 version costs $9.99 US.

Note that while the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the Battle Hardened DLC Expansion Pack was released to the general public on 9 January 2013, the PC version of the DLC was not released until January 15, 2013, for reasons that have not been explained. The version of the Battle Hardened DLC for the Wii U version has not received a release date, but sources at ubisoft have stated that WiiU gamers can expect the DLC content for their version before the Summer.
