Blood Ties

Look for Kwan's brother.

Hard

Head the marker and enter the abandoned house. You can clear the infected in the rooms and loot them before breaking in Cho's room. Talk to him and escort him back to Kwan. Quest completes as soon as he meets up with his brother.
