This tower is one of the few towers in the game that uses explosive rounds to pop bloons instead of darts or pointy projectiles. An unupgraded Bomb Tower is quite unreliable since its projectile tend to miss and when it hits, it only causes a smaller explosion. It's also ineffective against bloons that are immune to explosions like Black and Zebra Bloons until it gets the upgrade that can surpass this weakness.
