Can you still get to Faraway Island in Pokemon Emerald

Faraway Island? Is that some place that you could normally only travel to after you visited an Nintendo Event somewhere? If that is indeed the case, then unfortunately, no you cannot go back there. Since Nintendo and Gamefreak decided to stop hosting Nintendo Events for Pokemon Emerald a few years back, you can no longer visit Navel Island, Birth Island, Faraway Island, or any other area that you could travel to by using a ticket you received from a Nintendo Event. If you want to visit one of those special islands then you will have to get there by cheating. You can either buy a Gameshark cheating device, or you can buy an Action Replay cheating device. Use one of their special cheat codes to visit the island that you want to go to. Hope this helps.

There it is, enter that code and walk into a building or fly somewhere and you will warp to there instead, chase it all over and corner it and you will battle a lv 30 Mew, just don't cut any grass with cut while chasing it or else it will go away and never come back.

First add the code Jared has given then use the cheat(gameshark code and you can find cheats near the bar written file on it)then do not forget to enter the space in between. Please enter a building then and you will reach faraway island then you gotta check each corner cause it is too difficult to find Mew simpler to capture with master ball.

You can get Mew by getng the old sea map and go to the guy who uses his boat to saol you he will give you the ticket then go to the seaport and then you will be there in no time

It is still possible to go to all the event islands in Pokemon emerald (Faraway, Southern, Birth and Navel rock) without cheats. To go there you will need to perform a glitch known as "ACE". But it is really hard to do that, it requires you to know how to perform several complicated glitches, like a double corruption (by using the pomeg berry glitch). You can check the youtube channel "Sleipnir17" if you want, he/she has a lot of videos about glitches in Pokemon emerald, and has a completed tutorial on how to perform the ACE glitch and go to Navel rock (you can go to all of the event islands with this glitch, but at that tutorial he explains how to go to navel rock) I learnt everything I know about these glitches from this youtube channel and I think you will find it useful. At the beginning you may be confused and not understand most of the things he/she is doing, but if you start watching his/her videos you will soon learn all these techniques and maybe one day manage to go to Faraway island.
