Follow the objective marker and have Elizabeth unlock the door to the underground station. Kill all the hostiles among them is a Motorized Patriot. Once clear, head toward the elevator and check Slate's green locker to the right to find another Voxophone. Take the elevator to Plaza of Zeal.
