Chapter 5: The Incumbent

Once you’ve made your way to the office you try to ask the secretary to help you out to meet Hill. Hill may provoke you but you try to say that you’ve come as a friend. Hill confirms that he and your father worked together with Falcone.

You let Wayne listen to the voicemail of him talking to Oz. You ask why he would attack you and he says he was doing it to get out of Cobblepot’s anger. You try to assure Hill that you can deal with Oz and that you can make it right. Hill offers to have you as an ally and ask you to help him fight Harvey. You disagree to help him. Hill gets angry when you say that you have evidence of his voice and that you would turn him in. Hill threatens you but you just advise him to stay away from the debate right before the guards escort you out.

Before you exit, you tell Alfred to advise Gordon to increase security at the debate.
