Occurs: December 31st and January 1st

During this time you will witness the enormous digital clock near The Town Hall which counts down the remaining time before New Year's Eve. Trees will be full of light decorations and Mayor Tortimer and the villagers will celebrate at the Town Hall. Talk to Tortimer to get a Party Popper if you want to.

Once the countdown reaches zero, the beautiful fireworks display will start. The fireworks stay up until 6:00AM. Mom also sends you 10000 bells through a mail during this time. Finally, Tortimer will give you a gift and your fortune as well.
