Gender Change Coffin
When you enter the coffin in 'Things Betwix' in the sand circle where the big man stands your character will swap it's gender, this will include facial details.

That would be a fully upgraded demon's greataxe (+15) which will give you an S in the strength scaling. |

Check your soul memory in 'Status' which is in the top right corner of the screen. If your soul memory is a certain amount away from your friend's, you will not see their sign. |
