Fast-travel to Lynchwood and enter the Old Mine. Here you'll find Dukino's mom. This is a very large skag and a very powerful one so keep your distance and always seek the safety of the boulders. Let the other enemies live as they will serve as great fodder and will keep the target away from you. Using the combination of slag and corrosive weapons will help a lot in dealing massive damage to this giant, armored target. Once killed, talk to the adorable Dukino for your reward.
