Divine Light

Get batteries for Rian.

70 XP, Cash

This repeatable quest becomes available after “Drop by Drop”. You can bring 5 batteries to Rian in exchange for XP and cash.

Message to the Masses
Bring the recording to Garett
Medium
1500 XP, Cash

Track the quest then fast travel to the warehouse. Make your way to the broadcast station. You need to jump over the fence using the dumpsters to get inside. Talk to Garett to complete the quest.
