Occurs: 2nd week of April

Happens for one whole week in which the villagers try to see who has the best garden in town. Prizes upon winning include a congratulatory message on the bulletin board, the Flower Trophy, and the "Green Thumb" title.

Mayor Tortimer will be outside The Town Hall during this event and will provide you flower-seed bags everyday. The judging happens on the last day of the week and it is important to know that the most important factor to win the contest is to have as much flowers planted as possible. The best way to win though is to pull out all of the flowers that your neighbors have planted.
