The story takes place in Florence, Italy durng the Italian Renaissance and the sixteen varied missions you undergo revolve around the Crows gang and the First Civilisation. The story is meted out through narrative text as you progress instead of the console version cut scenes. Access to the next area after you complete a level is tied to your XP so if you didn’t earn enough you will need to replay the level again. Players can choose to hire friends and other players to help complete objectives.
