Gameplay

Battlestar Galactica: Squadrons is an RPG with turn-based combat where your objective is to destroy the Cylon ships before they destroy you. As you progress through the game you will manage different resources which you use to improve your battleships, create new ships, and recylce to get useful stuff that will help you defend the civilian fleet against the Cylon assaults. You will be able to get more rescources by completing the different available missions which you play one by one to advance in the game as well as in the plot. You can only do things during your turn which is based on a system of advantages and disadvantages that are assigned by colours that is similar to that used in Pokemon games. This game plays perfectly well without having to make any purchases but if you do want the best possible upgrades from the start you will have to pay for them.
