Harper

Harper is a hero that is similar to Soap with his skills and is unlock by upgrading your Command Center to level 6. His first skill, EMP Grenade, throws a grenade that temporarily disables turrets. The skill that would make him similar to Soap is his second skill, Care Package Plus. A stronger version of Soap's skill but also costs more to upgrade. The best way to use Harper is having him behind tough units to use his battle aura to reduce the damage done to the units while having his Care Package Plus skill to heal whatever damage was done onto them.
