Hey, I am playing Fire Red on Visual Gameboy Advance emulator, and when I went to save my progress, it came up with an error and saying to "Please exchange the Backup Memory". How do I do that?
Thanks.

Go to the Options of the VBA check Real Time-Clock go to the same Options and go to the Emulators section again find Save Type tick Flash and Flash 128k.But before doing any of those, delete all the saved files in your folder.Nothing will be left but only your Emulator and your GBA file. Now do the things mentioned above and play the game like you usually do.
THIS ACTUALLY WORKS WITHOUT STARTING AGAIN.
1. Options>emulator>save type>Flash 128k
2. Tools>memory viewer. In the top right corner type 3005004 and click go
3. Change the first two numbers from 00 to 01 and click save
4. It will still give the warning but it will save
Hope this helped
