Hi, I'm stuck. I've gotten to Lilycove City, but there is wailmer blocking..

Follow these steps to rid of the Wailmer:
1)You have to beat Team Magma's Maxie.
2)You have to Go to Slateport City and talk to Capt. Stern.Witness Archie stealing the submarine.
3)Go to Lilycove City and go to the cave. The guards blocking the cave will be gone. Beat Team Aqua Admin and see Archie escape. Then voila! Thy're gone.

P.S. Don't forget to get the master ball in Aqua hideout.

Did you acquire the Magma Emblem from Mount Pyre? Did you go to the Magma Hideout on Jagged Pass and remove the Magmas and Groudon? Did you go to Slateport and eavesdrop on the interview in front of the terminal after that?

Go to Mt. Pyre which is near the safari zone. When you get to the top of Mt. Pyre you'll face team aqua and recieve the magma emblem. Go to the jagged pass and on it go through the entrance thats opens when you get near it. Get to the end and beat Maxie.

Go to the Slateport Ferry terminal thing. After that go to Team aqua's hideout and go to the end. Btw you can find a masterball in there. Then the wailmers have moved and you can go to mossdeep. After you get that badge go to that place with the rocket on the island and beat team magma then go to Steven's house and talk to him.

You'll get dive. Go to route 128 and find a place to dive. If you get the right area you'll see and entrance. Enter it and you'll see the Submarine. Resurface and find your way through the cave. I just wrote a bit extra cause some ppl don't know what to do then.
If you want to battle friends then change all your Pokemon to legendaries and other strong pokemon.

But make sure there aren't too many of a type in your party. Walrein I think might have the highest stats of all the Pokemon you can catch in the wild. I think you should choose Mudkip if you restart your game.

Help! I teleported to team aquas hideout on my Pokemon emerald rom and now I'm stuck there and I can t get out I tried walk through door warp cheat does nt work This is a answer

I your into the cheats try the "walk through walls cheat" but save before you try it, as you may or may not lose data as a result of initiating the cheat. Once you've saved, activate the cheat, walk around the obstacle and then leave. However, if you cannot escape due to a lack of dive, use the teleport cheat to teleport to mossdeep city, beat the Twin gym leaders (that's right, twins psychic types so use either water, dark or ghost. DO NOT USE FIGHTING OR NORMAL!) then once you beat them, walk towards where to space station is, youll see a troop of team magma men standing there. Once you follow them your in the space center. There, you will battle 5 grunts. And then you will do a tag team battle with steven against Magma leader Maxie and his admin, Tabitha. When you beat them, steven invites you to go to his home (the one to the left of the gym) and he gives you dive. Hope this helps.

This took me forever to figure out & I almost quit the game! First go to Mt Pyre, defeat them, and get them emblem. Then go to jagged pass and beat Magma Boss. Now you need to go to the hideout and talk to the 2 blocking the entrance again. Now go to Slateport city & watch them steal the sub... Now go back to pass

My god I've talked to everyone but there is still no one there

You actually have to find a cave in lilycove witch is aqua hideout talk to the two guards, then use the zipline for lavaridge once you try to get in lavaridge magma hideout will open, if it dint open, get the magma emblem at mt pyre
Once you get in magma hideout. You will find maxie using the blue orb on groudon then it will trigger a fight if you win the guards on aqua hideout is gone you can get the masterball there then fight the aqua admin and team aqua escaped, now the wailmer is gone

HI I'm also confused to how can I get through wailmers but I know now what to do.This is what I did:
First
Defeat team magma again in the cave of Mt. Chimney near Lavaridge Town.When you see an Old Woman or man that sells lava cookie go down there.There will be an earthquake and A cave will appear.
Second,Fly at the Liliycove and open your Hoenn map then you will see Lilycove and there is a cave in Route 122.Did you see the twin Pokemon Trainer?try to cut the tree near the trainers and go down and you will see a lady near the shore.Surf there and you will find the Cave.Defeat Team Aqua Inside the cave.
Third,when you defeat the Team Aqua Fly at the Slateport and go to the Slateport Harbor.Talk to Capt. Stern.
4th,The wailmers that blocks in the Lilycove will disappear and the two men inside the cave.

That is a good team
