Shooting

The key to shooting successfully in either mode is to swipe straight and the correct distance for how far away you are from the basket. The easiest way to do this is to use the mark on the bar on the left of the screen as a guide. Remember that if you swipe too little you will leave the shot short or if you swipe too much your shot will clatter off the back of the rim or the backboard. If however you get the swipe exactly right you will earn bonus points.

Lucky Ball

This ball which appears randomly has a colourful blue glow and will make your next shot worth extra points.

Backboard Bonus

You can score additional points by banking in shots using the backboard. An easy way to accomplish this is to shoot a tad harder than normal so you catch the back of the rim and a tiny bit of the backboard as this will be enough to give you the bonus.

Fire Ball

When you hit several consecutive shots the ball will ignite and every shot you hit thereafter will be worth an additional point. The ball will extinguish and return to normal when you next miss a shot. When the ball is on fire it does not increase the chance of your shot going in it just makes each shot more valuable.

Constant Motion

In 'Attacker - Defender' mode be in near constant motion and look to take your shot as soon as the defender is in another lane because doing so will mean he will be unable to block your shot or steal the ball.

Fakes

The key to being successful as a defender in 'Attacker - Defender' mode requires good reflexes and a bit of luck guessing. Try not to be fooled by fakes as you will not be quick enough to recover and block the shot.

Free Cash

A small amount of cash can be claimed every hour by logging in and hitting the 'Free Cash' button in the upper-right corner of the 'Main' menu. Alternately you can play the spin and win Mini-Game once a day where it is possible to earn cash as a prize.

Balls

There are several balls you can either buy with cash or gold or win in an equipment bag. Try to acquire a ball that increases accuracy so it allows more forgiveness when you don't gage your swipe correctly, or time so you are able to shoot your next shot faster.
