Hit and Run

Acquire the key from Omar's undead deadbeat.

You can find Omar in the bungalow near where you'll find Anne's teddy bear.

After accepting the quest, head to the initial marker. Once you reached it, the quest will update and will ask you to follow the trail of blood. Follow the trail and it will lead you to the underground washrooms. You'll find a thug zombie inside. Kill it then retrieve the key. Return it to Omar then find the safe behind the painting in the next room. Talk to him again to complete the quest
