How do I become a neighbors nemesis? My next challenge is to become a neighbors nemesis . I have tried everything.

You keep being rude and complain way past being enemies. Something will pop up saying you are now a neighbours nemesis.

Go to a neighboring town click on the first person you want to be in nemesis to and just keep being rude and complaining. It took about 45 min to become their nemesis.

You can become a nemesis less than 20 min if you keep being rude and complain

It took me 10 minutes, don't be rude, just complain. (Being rude is 10 sec so it gives very little xp and take VERY long time to fill thhr red line. If you keep complaining it is much faster, same like if you would keep pressing be romantic and in 5-10 min u can get married, but if you just keep kissing hands it takes a lifetime...Guest answered:
If you want to become a nemesis, choose one sim and be as bad as you can... It takes as much time as becoming a good friend... First you'll be disliked, than enemy and than nemesis... Just be rude, complain etc...

To become a nemesis with someone on Sims take about the same amount of time it take to become best friends the same way once you reach bffs you can't become better friends is the same way once you reach nemesis you can't hate them anymore than you already do , kicking over the trash bin, starting a relationship with their spouse , complaining ,being rude repeatedly are all ways to become each others nemesis
