its quite simple actually. theres a site i go to for codes and i got the Ho-Oh code from there. its called gameshark.com. after u select a pokemon from oak and it says (obtained pkmn from oak) press select and ho-oh will come as long as the cheat is activated. do not nickname ur pkmn especially not the last one u get cuz it will mess up. with this cheat i have Bulbasaur,Charmander,and Squirtle. after u do this with the 2 other pkmn and select the last one the last one will count as your Starter

ok so i herd you could find Charmander in mt.ember but i dont now were to get bulbasure and Squirtle. note:it will take a long time to find charmander

You know the cheat right so just activate it and then get a Pokemon and when it asks you to give a nick name you can move and get another Pokemon it worked for meGuest answered:

You can have all three starters but you have to use this cheat ~83000F9C 0000 (GAME SHARK CODE)
First of all do open your game (from starting) go with oak enter your cheat but first disable it then choose Bulbasaur when the screen shows ---- recieved bulbasaur from pr. Oak in that time enable cheat and go for Squirtle after presing A after it disable the cheat.when the screen shows ---- recieved squirtle from pr. Oak
Go for charmender and do the same,
