Eevee can only be obtained in Fire Red or Leaf Green...you must either trade or cheat to get Eevee

The only way to get an evvee in emerald is by trading it from Leafgreen/FireRed or trade Evoloved form from Collesium and breed it.

When my cheats dont work I select a new empty page and put only the ONE CHEAT and Mastercode in, I make sure the sound is on so the game is playing as slow as a Gameboy and It usually works.

You have to put the warp cheat Battle Frontier on and hold the button you have set to the L button while you go through with eevee as a rental in the Battle Factory. Lv 50 Challenge for eevee only. thats how i got mine.

I think you can actually find eevee in SAPPHIRE version, between lilycove and fortree city... It's REALLY rare though...

According to Serebii, the only games from the third generation you can get Eevee in without trading are Fire Red, Leaf Green, and XD.Guest answered:

Go to youtube, type in [i]HOW TO CATCH EEVEE IN Pokemon emerald? (there are spaces) and then after that type in jesus13430, it shows you where AND how to catch it, but I don't know if this person used a cheat to do this or not.

If you're not a fan of trading or if you don't have wifi, there is NO possible way to get in eevee in emerald. 'sob' I love eevee's but all I could do was trade from blue/red/yellow etc and hope for the best. This is the same with ditto's and others becuase their from generation one and anime. Dont cry too much!

In Pokemon Firered Theres a Road Behind the Pokemon mansion and if you enter the Pokemon mansion from behind go upstair up to the roof and enter the room in there theres a pokeball there and inside it's EEVEE and trade it but you can only trade if you finished collecting the ruby and sapphire gems......
