How do I sell my Sim's house?

I do not think we are able to sell Sims home but I know if you want to demolish your sim's home, you need to vacate the house and make sure no sims are living in it. Once this is done you have an option to demolish the home or add a new sim to that home. (go to Town Map and click on the vacant home) you will see your options there. Hope this helps!

You can't sell your house, but when in building mode you can tap on a room and sell it that way. So I sell off each room and the things in it are automatically delivered to your inventory.

On Sims freeplay all you have to do is sell each of the rooms by going on to the building setting and then you can press sell room. It is really simple. But unfortunately you cannot sell the house.If the room has many Items in it and want to the it then all your items will go into your inventory and be stored there.

You firstly you will need to have two Sims to be married to each other... Make one ask the other to move in and tada!!! A vacan house! You now have the option to demolish or sell the land and produce a new one for free!! ( this is supposed to be the second house you are building at the start of this game)

You want you can go to the furniture store then click sell remove a room and then when that's done

You really can't sell your House, but you can demotisch it by First waiting until a couple get Married, them you make them more in together, then you go to the store and make all the Rooms as small as they can get, then tap the House two Times. Thanks

You can't really sell your house but you could get rid of it once the couple gets married. When you haven't had the sim in the house it will tell you if you want to get rid of it. Thank you!

I figured it out you have to move two people in together and then go into the map and click the house and the last thing on the list is demolish house 😀

Yeah, you can't really sell the house, but you can demolish a house, if you're looking to get rid of a house. But, if you're looking to get some money, here are some quick ways to get some:
-You can sell furniture, really quick+easy to do!
-You can, if you have a dog, look for the Simoleons icon, and you'll get simoleons!
-You can buy a Car, which when you go for drives in, you'll get Simoleons!
-You can wait for your daily reward, which gives you more and more Simoleons every day you play!
-You can get Jobs, ha, kind of obvious...
-You can compete at the center, where every time you play you at least get a reward.
-Quests, weekly challenges, all those give Simoleons!
All these ways can get you Simoleons. Hope this helped!

You need a Sim working in real estate to sell your property; it doesn't have to the property owner. While the real estate Sim Is at work, a for-sale sign will pop up on all properties, then you can demolish your old home. Make sure all animals and Sims have moved and you have place everything you want to keep in storage
