In Pokemon Crystal, you can find the bike in Goldenrod City... The city that has a pink road...
First you go up from the Pokemon Center in Golden Rod City to the top of the mart and go left then go down as far as you can and there should be a building. The man should ask if you want a bike but only if you advertise for his store. TADA!! You have a bike.
You just go to the bike shop and ask the manager. He will give you the bike only if you advertise about that. Ride on it for sometime n the manager will call you and say good advertising and give you the bike.
You have to be in goldenrod and you go near the train section and turn right then go downwards there is the bike shop by: Ash ketchum Rk
