The fifth and final boss is Dr. Neo Cortex and he has Health of 3. Intstead of the boss battle being just between you and Dr. Neo Cortex most of the fighting will be between the two masks, Aku Aku and Uka Uka. During their battle you will not be able to touch the masks and if you do you will be forced to start over with one less life. While avoiding the fighting masks you will battle Dr. Neo Cortex who you must knock into the pit while avoiding his arsenal. When you manage to do this three times the battle will be over.
