To defeat this boss in Level 23 - Castel Machinery you must dodge all of the red and green beaker bombs. The green ones will turn into moving blobs, jump on their top to send them flying into the mad scientist. Once Nitrus Brio's Hit Points are down to three, he will transform into a repulsive demon. When this happens jump off the platform and whack him in the head. Keep repeating this process until he collapses.
