How do you check your mail?

Same thing is happening to me!! I wrote about it on the app review, but I don't know if they check that. Like is there a wy for them know

I have had the same problems I think it may be that you have to check daily so tomorrow you could see if it Changes any?

The same thing has happened with my game, I have seen reviews where they have emailed and still havent got any where, I am just going to hope that in he update it is sorted

I got mail on it twice...some random stuff like uve reached the next level for you're sim...but twice I clicked on the mailbox n the task is still not complete. (the mailbox is they grey metal thing,opposite the trashcan,across the garden path)
Maybe it's a bug and we should wait for an update?

The same thing happened to me I even restarted the game again and it still didnt work.

I just recently started "Sims Freeplay" on my I phone 4. Everything task that has been given to me has been handled accordingly. However, the last task that was given to me was to check my mail. I check my mail, but the task kept saying check your mail box.. I don't know if it was because it didn't register it or because the other sims mail box needs to be checked? Can you please help?

Don't worry! They have just made an update that fixes the problem. Just update it and it will work!

The game has recently been updated, before when the little icon came above the mailbox and you clicked on it it wouldn't do anything. Now however when you click on it it says that you have done that task

I'm having the same problem... & I see that all of you are too. Update the app, it's just a glitch. I updated it last nIght & the daily mail hasn't come yet, but I'm sure it will tomorrow. Hope I helped... (:

For mailbox problem uninstall game and before you reinstall it change date on phone or iPad to 1st January then reinstall it's the Xmas dates that are causing the glitch

You must update the game. It was a glitch that has now been fixed.

I changed the date on my phone settings, and then it worked. I then changed the date back the correct date.

It does work. You just need to be logged into orgin to get your daily reward

You can only check your mail once every day,on any mailbox it will have an icon in a speech bubble above the mail box.when that pops up you click the mail box and you'll get rewarded money.

Um, I'm pretty sure you're supposed to click and receive the daily reward? I'm going to do it, but I got the money a goal before the check your mail one. You do it by clicking the cloud thing over the mailbox.

You have to update Sims first, then collect the reward. Cause E.A basically prevented us to complete this goal :| to force us to update.

It says go to the Hobby store and buy a Soccer Ball I did and it still didn't work pls help idk what to do :(

Once you have bought the ball you need to get it from your inventory and actually use it, it takes 1 hour

Do you know how you get your daily reward in your mailbox everyday? Just wait for that to come up on the day that goal is being set or the next day.

You have to wait until the mail comes and then tap it the mail only comes every like 24hours or something like that. Hope this helps!

Hello young fellows the reason why is you have reached a higher level so do not get daily mail anymore

Wait until you get a daily reward or skip the goal for 5lp points

U buy a computer then check it

Make sure you check all your Houses mail boxes there should be a bubble above it which you need to tap

You will need to wait until a speech bubble pops up over the mail box with an envelope in it...once every 24 hours.

Me too. What can I do to complete "check the mail" ? I must waiting daily reward or do 'check email' on the computer ?

I used LP to skip the goal and the damned postbox lit up with new mail as soon as I hit the continue button after skipping the goal. Must be a bug.

Skip the goal or wait for your daily reward I guess. I'm on this too and I'm making all my Sims (preteen and Adult) do their hobbies for around 8 hours so that when that is done I will most likely be able to check my mail. - hope this helped

Every day you have daily mail you have to click on a icon above the mail box❗❗❗

It's easier if you have game centre if you have it then login and add friends the more friends the higher the bonus you get I've got 32 friends from game centre and Facebook that play and my bonus is 3200 odd a day and it goes up even more I'll get you started add me on it: bakergirl98

To check mail there is a time when it's time a sort of mail sign will pop up on top of it meaning you have received mail.

You have to buy a computer and click on it. One of the options is to check mail

I checked my email, and sadly, it didn't work...😢 But I'm pretty sure you have to wait for your daily reward... Because that's the same as checking the mail, right? So I'm pretty sure it's that!!!☺

U have to w it for your daily rewadr to come… a little buble wih an envelope will pop out above the mailbox I've never had a problem

In front of every house, there's a mailbox next to the trash can. When your daily reward has arrived, there'll be a pulsing mail and exclamation mark sign above the mailbox. Just tap that to collect the reward

You have to collect your daily reward from your letterbox. Basically nearly every day you get an envelope with money on top of your mailbox you click several days and that is it

If you want to check your e-mail you need a laptop/computer and then it will say as an option to check your email , sorry if this does not help.

Try waiting for the daily earnings to come in. When they do, click on it to earn the money and finish the Quest.

I don't think you can I tried everything and it sais that but I don't think anyone really knows x

To check a mailbox in Sims freeplay you have to see if the Simoleons sign is above it if it is then tap on it if it is not there then you have to wait because the mail is not ready yet
