How do you find your pirate in your city.

Not he first time you will find him in the Park. I'm still looking for him for the second time,..

For the entire portion of this Quest (whatever you may call it), you will need to find the pirate two times. For the first time, you can find him in the Park. For the second time, you will find him in the Horse Stables. Sorry for the confusing terms, I am not sure what the name of the locations. Hope this helped you

You have to go to various locations in your sim town. Visit the Park, Stables, Swim area etc. You will know if he is there right t
