How do you get Mythic Cats?

One of your goals in the game is to recruit as many cats as possible to add to your guild. At the top of the screen is your Hero Book which shows you all the cats you have unlocked. The cats are split into three categories: common (green), rare (blue), and mythic (orange). Normally cats are obtained by purchasing boxes with coins or gems but with certain mythic cats they can only be gained as rewards from the daily calendar prizes, or created with the Alchemy Station.

The Alchemy Station is unlocked at Level 8 and allows you to craft items that will have a useful effect such as shortening quest times and reducing items needed for quests. The Alchemy Station also enables you to craft cat eggs to get a specific cat.

When you have saved up enough gems you will have the option of buying the mythic box from the shop which will guarantee you a mythic cat. Even if after a while you start to get duplicates you always trade them in for rare embers. If there is a specific mythic cat you are after you can purchase it direct from the Hero Book with gems but this can be costly.
