Tunnel out the Rusturf Tunnel and get HM04 (Strength), and then go to the cable car terminal on Route 112 to ascend the cable car to the summit of Mount Chimney.

Go to Farllarbor Town first, then go to Meteor Falls, get Team Aqua to run away from Team Magma, and now you have access to Mt. Chimney.

How do you get to Farllarbor Town though!! I am having Extreme troubles! My 23 pokemon are totaly OP but I can't get to new places. plz help. :(Zelda Fan answered:
You have to go something that is like a ski lift it's by a cave around the 3ed gym leader just go up from the town were the 3ed gym leader lives and use rock smash and the cave is around route 112.

To get to mount chimney you need to first go to meteor falls and let team magma take the meteorite than go to the cable car and go up.defeat the team magma goons to get access of goig down
There will be a lot of trainers so keep your Pokemon at full health

My answer is late but for someone else who may need it later in detail. You need to have the magma emblem first. Fly to Laveridge, head east on route 112 jumping down the ledges, once off the ledges head north up the stairs on the mountainous looking direction, go north east to the cable car building and ride the cable car. Once out of the building head south onto Jagged pass(something like that) and keep heading exactly south down the ledges, soon it will say something to the effect of, your magma emblem was causing a boulder to move, and a cave entrance appears next to you. That's it.
