Question for Pokemon Crystal

How do you get to the Mahogany Gym leader!?

I've beaten all the trainers in the gym but I keep sliding past the gym leader.

Please help

I think I answered this on the forums.

Nevertheless, I'll tell you. Start on the left of the statue on the left.

Go straight, right, down, left, straight, and right and you should be right in front of him.

i found the way:
start on left side of right statue and go up, left, up, right, down, left, up, right. you should be infront of him

Keep trying, be persistent, part of why Pokemon was such a popular game was because it had so many puzzles, like this one.

Go to lack rage surf to the red gyrados....Destroy it or capture it then you will see Lance(ELITE4)He'll talk and say that he will meet you in the candyshop...Go to the candyshop and defeat teamrocket once again...after you beat the "boss room" the guy in front of the gym will move!!
