How do you get your sims to have low hygiene fast?

Kick the trash can and make your sim clean up.

Make them puke by shaking the screen a lot and it will lower their hygiene very quickly

I actually know how to do this cheat. But only for the soap Bar. Make the sim throw up. By first holding the device tightly. The shake.After this your sim will the vomit. You do this 3 to 4 times. Then pick a sim you want to be dirty and make them clean it. That sim will then be stinky!

If it is the Sims freeplay, you can shake your phone or ipad until your sim get dizzy, keep shaking until he throws up. Then let him clean that up. His hygiene wil directly go down.

Repeatedly kick over a trash can in front of the house and clean it up. It takes hygiene down fast! Just click the trash can, select kick over, then click the can on the ground and select 'clean up'- each time, your hygiene goes down

Kick over the trash can and clean it up several times. The sim will lose hygiene fast that way.

Try going to a trash can, they can be found outside of most Houses. Play/kick in the trash or whatever action is found there, it's fast and drains your hygiene pretty quickly.
