The Hot Coco secret level can only be reached via Level 14: Road Crash. Start up Road Crash at Warp Room 3 and ride the motorcycle slowly, sticking to the left side of the road. Eventually on the left side you will come across a yellow road sign with a black alien head on it. Knock over the sign with your motorcycle to trigger the secret exit and load Hot Coco. To access the Hot Coco level again you must repeat this procedure. The Hot Coco level contains one silver Gem and a Relic.
