In level 16, 'Hangin'Out', there are holes you can go in. If drop through the second one you will land in a room with bright blue water that will have a checkpoint crate. Activate the checkpoint and then go backward until you find another hole in the ground. Jump into it and you will be in a room with lava and drones. When you get past the drones you will automatically land in the secret exit.
