Train it till level 55.... If it is a female it may take level 56 or 57

no it wont because i have a girl dragonair in heartgold and i looked it up and it said that it doesnt matter if its a boy or girl. it still evolves into dragonite at level 55Guest answered:
You get a fire stone nd a bottle of water.now go to Saffron City nd go to the Pokemon center. There is a guy there...don't talk to him. You get it too lv 55-58 then it will Evolve
