You can only get a Bagon if you Trade from Ruby Sapphire and Emerald thats the only way if you want to catch it check in the caves maybde youl get one I'm doing it I'm trying to look in the Altering Cave and the grass in the 7 island

Bagon can be found in Mt. Moon B1 Same should be for beldum in case any one else needed to know

The only way to get a Bagon would be to either Trade with someone that has Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald or if you got Pokemon coliseum gale of darkness, you can catch a shadow salemence and once you beat gale of darkness, just purify salemence and trade it to fire red/ leaf green and have it in the daycare center on 4 island at the day care to get an egg
