How to wake up snorlax

Before you can wake up the Snorlax, you need to go to the Lavender City Radio Tower and receive the Radio Update Card from someone there. From there, stand in front of the Snorlax. You must then go into the Radio Part of your PokeGear. Move it to the top station that is labeled "Poke Flute". Now, click on the Snorlax. It will wake up and battle you. The Snorlax will be at Level 50, so be prepared.

Go to Lavender radio tower.Receive Radio update card and go to snorlax,take out your radio and tune into "Poke Flute". Then Snorlax will wake up.Paralyze him .But sleeping him make him recover some of his HP.Use Pokemon 45+ that will make it easier to defeat or use some Ultra balls when his Hp is low.
I took the expn card but it's bugged I cannot see it in my poke gear.... What should I do now?
