I have to purchase a Fashion Studio from Promotions 'R' us, placing it..

It's in the Hobbies building..it looks like a bed, mine was red with a manikan..

You have to go to Hobby shopping center and buy it.

Go to The Town Map icon. You will have a Hobby center only if you have built it. It takes several hours to construct. Tap the icon and then tap build if you haven't already. It will tell you how much it cost to build and how many Sims you must have in your community before you can build it. Only after it is complete will you have the option to buy the design table.

I don't see the Hobby center on The Town Map.

To buy the Fashion Studio, you must first buy the Promotion's R Us store. This can be found next to the Pet Store, or somewhat south of where you built your first house.

Do you see the Pet store ... Well on the right there is were you can get a Fashion designer..

Finally found the Fashion studio , it is located in the Hobby center next to Pet store mine has a Soccer Ball n art Easel on The Town Map

Once you purchase the studio go to the Sims house of your choice and click on the home store icon. Next, select inventory. There could be a number if tabs (top center of inventory Items). Select each one until you see the studio (I forgot which tab it was under). Then place it in your sims home.

I have no idea either it makes no sense what is the Promotions R us shop😥

First you have to buy the Promotions r us store. Then go to it then you might see two Symbols . A sign like a globe press it.
