Question for Pokemon FireRed

I just beat Misty and I don't know what to do next. I also need to catch some good and some rare Pokemon. Please help me!.!.

After you beat Misty (did you see Bill?) go into the house above the gym and beat the rocket. After you beat him go south and go through the underground tunnel then keep going south. Battle all the trainers and then go to the S.S. Anne and get HM Cut. Then battle Lt. Surge.

Afetr you beat Misty, go to Route 24 and defeat all trainers (including your Rival) until you ran into a house. Help Bill there and he will give the S.S Ticket. Now, go back to Cerulean and the Police Guard who was blocking your way you get out. Cross the house, fight the Rocket and receive the TM 28: Dig.

Now, keep going down until you reach the Underground Path. Go trought it and you will be on Vermillion. Go to the S.S Anne and get Cut. Fight against Lt. Surge and get the Thunderbadge! A good Pok�mon is Abra, I think you can catch one at the Route 24 and Dugtrio is another good pok�mon found at Digglet's Cave.

You can also cath abra at route 5 to in yellow.
