Imprisoned For Life

Open the cells of those in custody.

Easy
3000 XP, Police Baton

You'll find Reza inside one of the prison cells in the second floor of the police station during the main quest “Lady in Trouble”. Talk to him and accept the quest. Return to the control room and activate the lever to open all the cells. Report back to him to complete the quest.
