In the safari zone how do you catch kangaskhan because every time I throw..

You may want to try and throw bait or throw a rock (dunno how it works but sometimes it does .hahah.... ) but yes try those to in a combo even maybe throw a rock first then bait or the other way maybe even just the bait will work; you just have to try it out.

You have to be persistant kangaskhan is hard to catch but chansey is more

Try useing bait,it might stay longer and give you more chance's to catch it.

Throw rocks at it. It becomes more likely to flee, but easier to catch. If yo you use bait it's actually harder to catch.

Usually they say throw a rock and it will be easier to catch, or get closer to the pokemon. Should make it easier.

All I did was keep tossing Safari Balls at them until one decided to be a good girl and stay in it. You just have to be patient (and haven't a lot of time and money to keep going to the Safari Zone helps. I did the same thing with all the rare pokemon. Chansey is a pain in the butt but I managed to get her and I managed to capture a Tauros in one shot! I got lucky.

I don't mess around with the Rocks because then they usually run away and half the time you don't need them. Chansey will almost always run away if you toss a rock at her and you still aren't guarenteed a shot at her.

yeah throw loads of balls at it and if they keep fleeing then try with rocks first.

Bait, rock, rock, ball works almost every time.

to help you save money and time, just stand in one spot and spin back and forth without taking steps. it doesn't cost you any time that way and you don't have to pay as often.

I tried bait rock rock ball and it worked

All you need to do is first, throw some bait. The Pokemon may flee but most of the time it stays. Then throw a rock. It has a bigger chance to stay because you threw some bait. After, throw a safari ball. I caught a chansey this way. I saw about almost 10 chanseys in area 2. I saw them near the ponds. Hope this helps!

I just through a rock, then caught it first time.

It will take some time but it is well worth the time. I got mine to lvl 100 and it had 300 attack and 243 speed so I hit 1st and took all my Rival Pokemon out in 1 fair swoop!!! =)

Throw two baits then throw to rocks. What happens is after you throw the baits he stays and after you throw he rocks then he will stay and be mad. Then try to catch him.

Trying to catch him now and I just found a scyther but he ran after one bait, I dint even know you could get them in the Safari Zone

I heard that if you throw a rock on a Pokemon in the safri zone theres a 85% that you can catch that Pokemon if it doesnt flees.

An easy way to get a Pokemon in the safri zone is to have a Pokemon that know sweet scent go to the safri zone go to a place with grass then use it.
Or if you don't have a Pokemon that knowes that move just turn side to side in the middle of some grass.
If you move side to side it wont count as a step.

Kangashkan is easy to catch if you just throw one safari ball it will most likely be caught. If you throw bait or a rock at it it will immediately flee. It is only hard to find. It is easy to catch. I caught it with one try.

Worked for me. Found it in grass area by water once you go right into Safari Zone then take the steps around to the left. It takes some time but it works.

This is a bit of a cheat, but go to Veridian City. Go up to the old man and have him show you how to catch a Pokemon. Then Fly to Cinnabar Island and Surf along the east coast. Catch a Missingno. You must not carry all 6 Pokemon when you catch Missingno. Because it must not be transferred to Bills PC. Give Missingno a rare candy and it will Evolve into Kangaskhan.

Just use the down B technique.When you throw the pokeball before it opens press down B and it will be caught.don't know how it works but it does.Works anywhere any Pokemon any pokeball.

DO NOT THROW A ROCK FIRST, it will only make Pokémon run in the Safari Zone. If you want to catch kangaskhan, throw a bunch of bait and while it's eating, throw a bunch of safari balls, at lest the third or fourth will have to work.
